Paratransit Tickets are valid for use on Sonoma County Paratransit only. Tickets may be used in lieu of paying the cash fare, thereby eliminating the need to carry correct change. Since the tickets have no expiration date, they may be used at any time towards the fare on any Sonoma County Paratransit one-way trip. For travel entirely within the initial boarding zone (or a 1-zone trip) requires the use of one 1st Zone Ticket. One Additional Zone Ticket is required for each zone traveled beyond the initial boarding zone. For example, a trip from Healdsburg to Santa Rosa is a 3-zone trip and would require one 1st Zone Ticket plus two Additional Zone Tickets. The same combination of tickets would then be required to make the return trip.
